The Isleta Elder Center must submit fiscal, program and statistical reports to the Indian Area Agency on Aging (IAAA) by the 12th working day of each month following the month for which the information is being reported.

 

Reports must include the number of individuals who have received services and the units of service provided.

It is the responsibility of the Operations Manager to ensure that reports are accurate and submitted according to IAAA deadlines.

The Operations Manager must submit copies of approved monthly menus, activity calendars, narratives and changes to the previous month’s menu to IAAA.
