Digital Data Base Project
Manage data retrieval and storage: Develop a digital database system for all records to be stored and accessed by the DCHP and THPO.
This will be a centralized system for the office to include cultural resource site records and all archival records and documents.
Goals
- Create the Pueblo of Isleta Records Center and Archives under the direction of the Cultural Historic Preservation Department.
- Move Records Retention into the remodeled Isleta Elementary School with the Cultural Historic Preservation Department.
- Add new responsibilities to current personnel to meet new goals and mission of the combined Cultural Historic Preservation Department and Records Retention Department.
- Provide training opportunities for the Cultural Historic Preservation Department and Records Retention personnel to meet these new goals and mission.
- Add new personnel as needed to meet new goals and mission of the Cultural Historic Preservation Department.
